Eagle Eye Care of Creve Coeur is conveniently located in West St. Louis County, just south of the intersection of Interstate 270 and Olive Street Road. From Interstates 40/64 and 270 go north on I-270 and exit at Olive Street. Make an immediate right on Emerson and continue south ¼ of a mile. Eagle Eye Care is located on the right.

Edgle Eye Care of South County is located across from St. Anthonys Medical Center. From 270 go west on Tesson Ferry Rd. to Kennerly Rd. and turn right. Our facility is up about a tenth of a mile on the right.
